In this role, you will support the successful delivery of programs and projects by ensuring operational consistency, data integrity, and effective coordination across internal and external stakeholders. You will contribute across multiple functional areas, including data management, metrics and reporting, meeting coordination, and process development and improvement.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in energy, energy efficiency, sustainability, or program coordination.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong attention to detail with demonstrated data management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Post‑secondary education preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate trade ally network communications and outreach.
  • Serve as a key liaison with contractors and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Provide essential administrative and system support for program operations.
  • Support QA/QC for processes, project submissions, and verifications.
  • Assist with measure development, operational processes, and product data tracking.
  • Support ad-hoc outreach projects and communications.
