Requirements

  • 2-5 years of program management and problem solving experience in a sales operations or a business analyst role
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM objects, Jira / Confluence, Google Workspace
  • Ability to drive and communicate objectives, design and execute projects, deliver easy to understand training, and interact effectively across all levels of an organization
  • Skilled at interpreting complex business documents/objectives, build and present process documentation and training
  • Detail oriented and highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple deadlines simultaneously
  • Ability to network and build strong relationships with peers, senior leaders and executives
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Channel Operations and / or Sales Engineering operations experience
  • Strong experience in Smartsheets, Lucid charts and other Project Management tools
  • Budgeting and resource allocation experience
  • Experience in a fast growing, medium-sized company

Responsibilities

  • Partner with subject matter experts to identify challenges and improve areas in the Partner Program and Sales Engineering Initiatives
  • Scope Programs, define requirements and keep stakeholders aligned to end goals, timelines and deliverables
  • Create and deliver top-quality, audience-appropriate Program Documentation and training
  • Develop a strong understanding of the various Partner sales motions and how Sales Engineers engage in opportunities
  • Identify system bugs, gaps and needed enhancements. Manage fix and enhance Partner and SE requests for SFDC and other tools
  • Partner with Sales Ops and other key stakeholders to manage, plan and prioritize system requests
  • Maintain and develop Standard Operating Procedures used for Partner and Sales Engineering Operations
  • Optimize operational efficiency through innovative thinking, process improvement and industry standards sharing
  • Provide front line support to other departments including Partner Managers, Sales Engineers, Billing, Enablement and Business Systems to support to the Revenue Team in common business and day to day operational situations
