About The Position
The position involves coordinating program activities associated with the Institute for Leadership Excellence (ILE) cohort-based leadership programs. This includes creating, organizing, and supporting events and program activities, drafting program communications, and responding to participant questions and needs. The role also requires creating and maintaining program outcome reporting tools and metrics, and providing overall support in creating a high-quality, community-focused learning environment. The individual will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing leadership development programs and ILE cohort programs, which includes managing event logistics, communications with attendees and speakers, and maintaining program materials and content calendars. Additionally, the role involves supporting the recruitment, selection, and retention processes for ILE programs, including drafting marketing materials, preparing timelines, and maintaining participant data. The position also requires coordination of communication plans in partnership with the HR Communications Manager, as well as spearheading an alumni engagement strategy. Reporting and metrics responsibilities include pulling survey results, reporting insights from collected data, and managing attendance and participation data. The individual will also provide support to other administrative members of the Learning and Leadership Development (LLOD) team and perform other duties as assigned.
