CAN Community Health is now hiring a Program Specialist I. Standard clinic hours are Monday-Thursday 8:00 am-5:30pm Friday 8:00 am-12:30 pm. This position requires hours of work outside normal operating hours including nights and weekends. We are looking for someone who is passionate about patient care and ready to make a difference every day, serving the needs of individuals impacted by HIV, Hepatitis C, STI's, and other infectious diseases. You will become part of our professional team that drives home our Company's Mission and Values. The Program Specialist I is an entry-level position within CAN Community Health’s Education & Prevention Team. This role requires a basic understanding of HIV, Prevention, and Treatment pathways. The provisions of this role include but are not limited to HIV/STI Testing, Health Education, Risk Reduction Counseling, PrEP/HIV and Hep C Linkage and community outreach.
