The role requires contacting members through various means, including telephone and in-person interactions, to provide one-on-one support in the admissions center and at various sites. The individual will inform members about academic and support services such as tutoring, licensure review, and employment placement. Additionally, the role includes managing ongoing education programs, facilitating member enrollment, coordinating logistics for classes, and advocating for work schedule adjustments for members attending college courses. Continuous improvement of existing education programs in collaboration with management is also a key responsibility. The position requires facilitating orientations and workshops for students, problem-solving members' issues, and serving as a liaison with stakeholders, including educational institutions. Data management, report generation, and ensuring member eligibility and adherence to academic standards are also part of the job. Additional duties may be assigned by management.
