We have an opportunity for a Program Specialist to join our Hanover Park, IL team. You will be partnering and communicating with sales, customer, and other cross functional team members, analyze, quote, and ensure a successful installation of Pentair equipment.

Requirements

  • Desired 4-year degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years' experience in Customer Service, Sales, or Marketing environment.
  • Experience building relationships at all levels including distribution channel.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be able to work under pressure, have good organizational skills, and ability to create and improve processes.
  • Ability to handle stress.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the coordination and completion of Total Water management projects.
  • Ensures other project managers and coordinators are managing their projects and rearrange tasks as appropriate.
  • Approves and time off for project coordinators based on policy and schedules.
  • Working with Sales to understand the account, forecasting, NPD, packaging.
  • Communicating with Customers and operations to understand orders and invoicing.
  • Sends reports/trackers to customers upon request and at their fiscal year.
  • Sets deadlines with ISP's, assigns responsibilities and monitors progress of projects.
  • Prepares reports for upper management and customer regarding status of project (Customer Order Status Report).
  • Receives POs from customer and enters sales orders into JD Edwards, and enters and dispatches work orders into Service Max.
  • Enters billing for annual maintenance, overtime and any other charges following the DOA and Nintex Revenue Adjustment process.
  • Resolves any pricing and shipping discrepancies between customer and manufacturing facility.
  • Communicate inventory status to customer.
  • Work on quarter end pull-ins with customer and sales when asked as appropriate.
  • Works closely with Pricing Team to ensure current pricing has been uploaded into JDE.
  • Creates/updates documents and procedures for service group.
  • Other duties as assigned.
