Program Service Coordinator
About The Position
What you'll do as a Program Service Coordinator: Work with and report on data, spreadsheets and status of client work being done throughout UL Retail and Consumer Products fulfillment locations. Perform UL and client systems data entry and extraction as well as participate in process automation projects. Coordinate and compile client deliverables. Manage updates and dissemination of client documents, processes and related information in accordance with established governance and quality control principles. Perform data and submission monitoring, tracking, scheduling, analysis etc., as requested by management. Perform administrative maintenance and portal management for a variety of UL or client systems and databases as needed. Read and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct and follow all physical and digital security practices. Perform other duties as directed. Requirements
- Effective computer and communication skills in English, written, and verbal.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
Nice To Haves
- Diploma or equivalent, plus two years of directly related experience.
- Experience in various databases.

- This position is eligible for annual bonus compensation with a target payout of 5% of the base salary.

- We also provide full-time employees with paid time off including vacation (15 days), holiday including floating holidays (12 days) and sick time off (72 hours).
