About The Position

The Security Representative supports the Global Security-Program Security organization in executing high-priority national security missions. Key Responsibilities • Regulatory Compliance - Implement and maintain security procedures and other applicable regulations. • Customer Visits - Coordinate external visitors, ensuring proper access control, briefings, and compliance with security protocols. • Badge Issuance - Create, issue, and deactivate identification badges and access cards in accordance with security policy. • Team Collaboration - Work closely with other Program Security reps, program managers, and engineering leads to integrate security requirements into program execution. • Incident Response - Assist in the investigation of security incidents, breaches, or potential violations; recommend corrective actions. • Training & Awareness - Deliver or coordinate security awareness training for personnel and contractors. • Maintain readiness to respond onsite during after-hours/weekend emergencies within 60 minutes. • Provide onsite security support at Littleton, CO and travel up to 10% to CONUS locations. • Familiar with SCI security requirements and policy and procedures, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Personnel Security (PERSEC), Physical Security, and Operational Security (OPSEC). • Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

Active TS/SCI clearance with signed consent to complete a Polygraph
General knowledge of government security directives
Familiarity using DISS and/or Scattered Castles, classification management, classified destruction, customer service.
