About The Position

Exciting Opportunity for a Program Security Representative (PSR) We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Program Security Representative (PSR) at our Boulder facility. This role will join a strong team of Security Professionals who support multiple missions and customers worldwide. You will play a key role in contributing to the production, launch, and operations of space-based assets and programs, helping to drive success across our global endeavor. As a PSR, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of classified programs for multiple customers, gaining valuable experience and developing a well-rounded skill set. This role is ideal for early career security professionals, as it offers a unique chance to work on diverse projects and grow in their careers. You will be responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of our programs, working closely with our team to identify and mitigate potential risks. Requirements

Current Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI.
Previous security or administrative experience.
Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers.

Nice To Haves

TS/SCI clearance
Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with senior level internal and external personnel on significant matters often requiring coordination between organizations.
Capable to work independently or as a member of a small highly functioning team.
Technical understanding of SIMS (Security Information Management Systems), DISS (Defense information System for Security), VARS (Visit Access Requests), SAARs (System Authorization Access Requests)
Basic understanding of Security processes, procedures and overall NISPOM compliance.
The ability to articulate and present intelligent, decisive and risk-managed security recommendations and decisions on a daily basis.
