About The Position

We are seeking a highly experienced Program Security Representative (PSR) to support sensitive and classified programs within a secure DoD environment. The ideal candidate will possess a Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility, strong Special Access Program (SAP) experience, and the ability to work on-site in support of mission-critical operations.

Requirements

  • Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility (required)
  • Demonstrated experience supporting Special Access Programs (SAP)
  • Strong knowledge of DoD and Intelligence Community security policies and procedures
  • Experience managing personnel, physical, and information security requirements for classified programs
  • Ability to work on-site in a secure facility
  • Strong organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience as a Program Security Representative (PSR) or equivalent security role
  • Familiarity with multiple SAP types (e.g., DoD SAP, IC SAP)
  • Experience working directly with government security offices and oversight organizations
  • Security-related certifications or formal training (e.g., SAP Security Training, FSO training)

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary security representative supporting classified and Special Access Programs (SAP)
  • Implement and enforce security policies, procedures, and directives in accordance with DoD, IC, and SAP regulations
  • Manage and support SAP security operations, including program initiation, maintenance, and closeout
  • Coordinate personnel security actions including access requests, indoctrinations, debriefings, and visit certifications
  • Ensure compliance with ICD, DoDM 5205.07, NISPOM, and applicable SAP security guidance
  • Conduct security briefings, training, and awareness programs for cleared personnel
  • Support inspections, audits, and assessments conducted by government security authorities
  • Maintain accurate security documentation, access rosters, and classified material accountability
  • Interface with Program Managers, Government Security Officers, and internal stakeholders to ensure security compliance
  • Assist with incident reporting, investigations, and corrective actions as required
