G-Force Solutions is seeking motivated candidates to join our program protection team in support of the Defense Advanced Research Project Agency (DARPA). Our mission is responsible for assisting the program team with the development and implementation of a comprehensive program protection strategy, encompassing the programs entire life cycle from initiation to closeout/transition. G-Force Solutions has an immediate opening on the team for a motivated Program Security Representative. The Program Security Representative will provide day-to-day security support for Unclassified, Collateral, Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) and Special Access Program (SAP) programs; comprehensive physical, technical, operational and IT/IA program security support for multi-security level programs to government and industry personnel. Assist program teams understand and implement security initiatives and develop risk management methodologies.

  • Develop and support security architectures for new technology programs across the entire spectrum of classification.
  • Facilitate intelligence requests to obtain state-of-the-world, rest-of-the-world, or state-of-the-art technology/capability status.
  • Analyze the program, national policy, existing, related programs and craft a security classification architecture for the program.
  • Research and recommend/develop long and short-range program protection security strategies and tactics.
  • Determine, apply, and monitor appropriate security requirements and tasks relative to specific technology programs.
  • Prepare and present suggestions for improvement as appropriate.
  • Create DD 254's for classified efforts, ensuring security requirements are clear and concise.
  • Indoctrinate newly assigned personnel and de-brief departing personnel.
  • Support the creation, processing, coordination, and approval of physical security accreditations.
  • Communicate effectively with other Service/Agency program security staffs.
  • Develop, write, review, coordinate, and execute security documentation.
  • Plan, coordinate, provide, and manage security support for meetings.
  • Perform OPSEC analysis and provide other OPSEC support.
  • Plan and assist with program close-out actions.
  • Participate in the Broad Area Announcement (BAA) process in support of new programs.
  • Active TS/SCI clearance is required.
  • Subject to a random counter-intelligence scope polygraphs as a condition of access eligibility.
  • BS with 5 years of related DoD or IC experience or AS with 8 years of DoD or IC related experience.
