About The Position

The Program Security Representative will perform a variety of SCI security related duties and ensure the coordination of SCI security practices and procedures. Security disciplines include, but are not limited to, program security, personnel security, completing Program Access Requests (PAR), Requests for Access (RFA), SCI nominations, classified meeting support, program management support, indoctrinations, debriefings, security incident investigations, access control, visitor control, and classification management utilizing ICDs and customer-specific guidelines. The candidate must also be able to create presentations and provide Security Education and Awareness training, write/develop/implement procedures, and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements

• TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
• Program Security experience

Nice To Haves

• Experience using DISS and/or Scattered Castles
• Classification management experience
• Compartment/Special Access Programs experience
• Government inspection preparation experience
• Knowledge of classified destruction requirements
• Strong customer service skills
• Familiarity with ICD 705 requirements
• Coordination of classified visits
• Outstanding communication skills (verbal/written)
