About The Position

Final Top Secret clearance with an investigation with the last 5 years or enrolled in a continuous vetting (CV) program. LM Space, Valley Forge Advanced Programs team is seeking a Program Security Representative (PSR) to support Advanced Programs. The successful candidate will: Develop, administer, and audit security programs to ensure compliance with government regulations associated with the protection of classified material and export-controlled data. Support contractual security requirements for Advanced Programs, including SCI and DOD collateral classified programs. Implement federal security regulations as set forth in Advanced Program security rules (DoDM 5205.07), SCI security rules (ICD) or DOD security rules (NISPOM). Work closely with U.S. Government customers to provide contract support, program management, and security services. Create presentations, provide Security Education and Awareness training, and develop procedures. Perform individual and team roles to support classified programs, including access control, visitor control, indoctrinations, debriefings, security incident investigations, and classification management utilizing ICDs and customer-specific guidelines.

Requirements

  • Final Top Secret clearance with an investigation with the last 5 years or enrolled in a continuous vetting (CV) program (regardless of recorded CE date)
  • Prior Industrial Security experience
  • Familiarity with 32 CFR Part 117 NISPOM Rule, DoD 5205.07 and ICD manuals and directives

Nice To Haves

  • Working knowledge of Operational Security (OPSEC), Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), and security incident investigations.
  • Knowledge of various security databases such as DISS, NISS, JADE, etc.
  • Experience working with internal and external stakeholders/customers.
  • Strong interpersonal and team building skills.
