The Program Security Representative is responsible for providing multi-discipline security support for Special Access Programs (SAPs). This role involves day-to-day analysis and adherence to security policies, ensuring the safeguarding of sensitive information, and conducting compliance reviews. The representative will also assist in developing security programs and training, while identifying vulnerabilities and risks associated with operational activities.

  • Provide multi-discipline security support for Special Access Programs (SAPs).
  • Ensure adherence to NISPOM, DoD Overprint, DCID, ICD, and SAP policy.
  • Develop and execute policies and procedures for safeguarding sensitive information.
  • Conduct continuous assessments of security procedures and recommend improvements.
  • Identify vulnerabilities, threats, and risks related to operational activities.
  • Assist in developing and implementing the Operations Security program.
  • Provide oversight and assistance to contractors and subordinate facilities.
  • Brief personnel on various security-related topics.
  • Conduct and document compliance reviews and facility close-outs.
  • Monitor and report on corrective actions from compliance reviews.
  • Notify management of pertinent security matters.
  • Investigate any loss or compromise of classified information and conduct damage assessments.
  • Coordinate with SAP security personnel for security education and awareness.
  • 5+ years of related experience in security support.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related area or equivalent experience.
  • US Citizenship required.
  • Top Secret/SCI clearance required, with the ability to obtain a CI Polygraph.
  • Experience with Special Access Programs (SAP).
  • Security Fundamentals Professional Certification (SFPC).
  • Special Program Security Certification (SPSC).
