The Program Security Representative I at Global Resource Solutions, Inc. is responsible for providing multi-discipline security support for Special Access Programs (SAPs) and conducting analysis for various security activities. This role involves ensuring compliance with security policies, assisting in the development of security procedures, and providing oversight and training related to security operations.

  • Ensure strict adherence to the provisions of the NISPOM, its Supplement, the DoD Overprint, DCID, ICD, and SAP policy.
  • Assist in developing and executing approved policies and procedures for safeguarding Special Access Program (SAP), Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) and collateral data.
  • Provide day-to-day security support, including continuous assessment of procedures to identify shortfalls and provide recommendations for improvements.
  • Identify vulnerabilities, threats, and risks to test, training, and operational activities.
  • Assist in developing, implementing, and training the Operations Security program.
  • Provide contractor and subordinate facility assistance and oversight.
  • Brief personnel on various security-related topics.
  • Conduct and document SAP facility compliance reviews and follow-on facility reviews.
  • Monitor, report, and track all corrective actions from compliance reviews.
  • Ensure timely notification of pertinent security matters to program technical and management staff.
  • Conduct exploration of any loss, compromise, or suspected compromise of classified information, including preliminary inquiries and damage assessments.
  • Coordinate with SAP security personnel to incorporate lessons learned into the SAP security education & awareness program.
  • Five (5) to Seven (7) years related experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related area or equivalent experience (Four (4) years).
  • Must meet position and certification requirements outlined in DoD Directive 8570.01-M for Information Assurance Technician Level 2 within 6 months of the date of hire.
  • Current Top Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility.
  • Eligibility for access to Special Access Programs.
  • Willingness to submit to a Counterintelligence Polygraph.
  • Familiarity with security policy/manuals and appropriate DCIDs/JAFANs and other guiding policy documents.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and interact effectively with DOD, military/civilian personnel and industry partners.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
  • Possess a high degree of originality, creativity, and initiative requiring minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to travel within the organizational geographic Area of Responsibility (AOR).
