About The Position
The Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO) will coordinate with the government Program Security Officer (PSO) to ensure a fully accredited facility is achieved. This role involves ensuring that all computer networks are accredited through the DoD and managing security operations within the assigned activity while adhering to applicable laws and security policies. The CPSO will verify personnel access through DISS, coordinate with the Project Manager for access justification, and conduct initial and annual refresher training for all program-accessed individuals. Additionally, the CPSO will perform an annual self-inspection, document it, and submit a corrective action plan to the PSO to establish compliance.
