About The Position

SimVentions is seeking a highly experienced systems analyst to support a dynamic government project in the areas of Security and Program Protection, Logistics and Asset Management, Testing and Reporting, as well as Program Management. Prior experience with classified programs and Special Operations is preferred. Extensive travel is expected up to 50%. Funding anticipated in May 2026.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to support development and execution of classified program logistics and asset management processes, procedures and facilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute classified program security OPSEC and protection plans included thorough knowledge of enhanced program protection and project-level security protocols.
  • Proficiency in utilizing monitoring tools and reporting on technical metrics (e.g., latency, uptime, throughput).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical and financial data into clear, actionable advice for customers.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Experience in logistics management concepts, policies, systems, and practices in order to provide analysis of current and future logistics infrastructure.
  • Experience in developing logistics support requirements and applicable documentation.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop logistic support requirements, identify and establish linkages between functions and tasks common to multiple organizational missions.
  • An ACTIVE Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility is required for this position. Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. US Citizenship is required to obtain a clearance.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior operational or support experience with special operations projects and forces is highly preferred.
  • B.S. Technical Degree Preferred; Experience more important than degree

Responsibilities

  • Provide primary operational and logistical support for test plan development and secure material transport.
  • Ensuring all documentation and supply chain operations strictly align with ONR and US Navy security protocols.
  • OPSEC & Protection Planning: Development of OPSEC protection plans and oversight of security protections for US Navy programs.
  • Enhanced Program Protection: Expertise in US Navy enhanced program protection and project-level security protocols.
  • Special Programs: Knowledge of US Navy special programs and security protection requirements.
  • Need-to-Know Management: Experience writing and disseminating need-to-know statements.
  • Secure Material Movement: Extensive experience in US Navy-approved secure logistics and the secure movement of sensitive materials.
  • Site Inspections: Experience applying US Navy standards for the inspection of secure assembly locations.
  • Naval Special Warfare (NSW): Proven experience managing program-level security in coordination with Naval Special Warfare.
  • Test Plan Development: Expertise in US Navy standards for program-level security test plan development.
  • Secure Testing Approvals: Knowledge of the official US Navy secure testing approval process.
  • Exercise & After-Action Support: Comprehensive exercise support, including the authoring and presentation of After-Action Reports (AARs).
  • Meeting Leadership: Experience facilitating and running large, program-level meetings.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Mastery of US Navy program security requirements and operational standards.
