Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum of 4 years of related work experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in metrics and trend analysis or related fields; including work with government contracts.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel) with the ability to produce accurate reports, dashboards, and presentations; experience with Microsoft Project is a plus.
  • Understands business processes, including invoice reconciliation, data trend analysis, and service contract language, and applies them accurately to work tasks.
  • Experience with planning and scheduling, including logistics.
  • Applies scientific terminology, units of measure, conversion factors, and trend analysis to interpret data and support decision-making.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented, consistently meeting deadlines while contributing to team projects and initiatives.
  • Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams, including internal and external stakeholders, to achieve project objectives.
  • Must be able to work off hours support as needed.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain an active DoD TS/SCI is required. US citizenship required.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, develop, maintain, and manage configuration control of schedules for day-to-day launch site operations and maintenance.
  • Coordinate with Site Management, Operations Systems Engineering, and Common Support functions to ensure program requirements, statement of work elements, and resource needs are captured and scheduled.
  • Support Integrated Manifest Planning and Integrated Master Product Schedulers by maintaining horizontal and vertical schedule integration, managing Enterprise Control Points (ECP), and performing 'what-if' analyses for Manifest Assessment Requests (MAR) and Schedule Assessment Requests (SAR).
  • Develop and present schedule-related materials to support the Business Rhythm and decision-making processes.
  • Create integrated plans highlighting interdependencies between launch sites, compare them with Production Operations capacity plans, and identify alignment issues, conflicts, and critical decision points.
  • Coordinate and vet Launch Operations responses to changes in Production delivery plans via the Schedule Alert process.
  • Coordinate Operations Engineering base and range support requirements to ensure accurate and timely support for launch vehicle processing; serve as FAA focal point for commercial missions.
  • Develop and present high-level materials communicating manifest options to internal and external customers to facilitate decision-making.
  • Coordinate airborne hardware deliveries, including conflict evaluation for storage capacity and offload feasibility, maintaining facility capacity diagrams to support executive-level decision-making.
