About The Position

KBR is seeking a Program Scheduler SETA. The successful candidate will assist and support the Government customer Program Office in coordination of scheduling activities for multiple space programs. Candidate will work in person in Chantilly, VA. Role and Responsibilities: Developing and Revwing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), integrating multiple IMS’s, performing schedule risks analysis, building projections of schedule outcomes, and developing reports or presentations Provide schedule-related support to assigned Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) by attending recurring program meetings Providing reports to key program stakeholders on IMS health and construction, contractor schedule performance metrics, and projections of schedule outcomes Support Program Management Reviews (PMRs), design reviews, Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs), Schedule Risk Assessments (SRAs), and Business Management Reviews (BMRs) Communicate all findings to management through briefings, written reports, and verbal communication Work with cross-functional teams to integrate disparate activities and milestones into schedule models Employ integration, communication, coordination, organizational, and planning expertise to technical and acquisition efforts across several functional disciplines Perform a range of program management activities, such as: gathering program information; conducting analyses; developing program strategies; milestone planning, tracking, and scheduling; establishing and maintaining schedule model databases Reviewing contractor IMS Schedules, evaluating against common practice, which may include DCMA 14-point schedule assessment Develop cartoons or Tier 1 schedules for Executive briefings

Requirements

  • Clearance: TS/SCI with Polygraph
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree with at least 10 years of experience. Master’s degree desired. Combinations of education and experience are acceptable.
  • Skills: Scheduling and advanced MS Project experience required.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience: Recent experience in system program offices is desired.
  • Skills: Advanced MS Project and Excel experience is desired.
