This position performs complex duties, evaluates and responds to technical and diverse financial assistance programs; analyzes local, state and federal statutes and department policies pertaining to employment laws, practices and confidentiality requirements. These activities involve research, evaluation and development of technical reports, and establishing and maintaining effective interpersonal relationships at all organizational levels. This position requires excellent interpersonal and professional skills to clearly communicate, overcome barriers and solve problems effectively. You must possess the ability to interpret statutes and numerous departmental policies to allow you to evaluate and respond to complex inquires. As part of the interview, there will be a Basic/entry level Excel Test.
