Our team solves tough, meaningful problems that create a safer, more secure world. Join our team as a Program Quality Lead (PQL) supporting the Advanced Common Products (ACP) in Tucson, AZ. In this role, you'll drive a robust quality culture, practices, and collaboration efforts. Your focus will be implementing strategic quality enhancements across multiple ACP contracts. As the primary quality interface for customers and suppliers, you'll ensure the program meets all Quality & Mission Assurance requirements. This includes coordinating with functional Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and overseeing contracts through all Integrated Product Development System (IPDS) phases, from design to production and sustainment. You'll develop and monitor quality metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives, working closely with integrated teams to enforce process rigor. driving transition to production activities, you'll lead Production Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (PFMEA), First Article Inspection, and Quality Control Plan efforts and play a key role in Material Review Board, Change Control Board, and Risk Review Board.
