You will be the Program Quality Engineering Manager for the Program Quality Engineering team. Our team is responsible for delivering high‑quality products and services that support the PrSM Program.   • Develop and implement processes that optimize program execution.
  • Collaborate with Integrated Product Teams to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Establish a Program Quality Management System that meets customer and regulatory requirements.
  • Utilize quality methodologies and perform data analysis to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Identify solutions to complex problems and champion continuous‑improvement practices.
  • MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.
  • STEM degree at Bachelors level or higher, or equivalent/combined experience
  • Quality Engineering Leadership Experience
  • Experience working with make sites and suppliers
  • Proposal experience
  • Experience working with metrics and continuous improvement
  • Experience establishing Quality processes and requirements with cross functional, supplier and customer engagement
  • STEM degree at bachelors level or higher preferred
  • CAM training or experience
  • Experience selecting and establishing new suppliers
  • High rate production experience
  • Development experience
  • PF Line of Business Experience/STORM experience
