About The Position

You will be the Program Quality Engineering Manager for the Program Quality Engineering team. Our team is responsible for delivering high‑quality products and services that support the PrSM Program.

As the Program Quality Engineering Manager you will be responsible for driving business‑process improvements, defining quality standards, and guiding Integrated Product Teams toward excellence.

Requirements

• MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.
• STEM degree at Bachelors level or higher, or equivalent/combined experience
• Quality Engineering Leadership Experience
• Experience working with make sites and suppliers
• Proposal experience
• Experience working with metrics and continuous improvement
• Experience establishing Quality processes and requirements with cross functional, supplier and customer engagement

Nice To Haves

• STEM degree at bachelors level or higher preferred
• CAM training or experience
• Experience selecting and establishing new suppliers
• High rate production experience
• Development experience
• PF Line of Business Experience/STORM experience

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement processes that optimize program execution.
• Collaborate with Integrated Product Teams to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Establish a Program Quality Management System that meets customer and regulatory requirements.
• Utilize quality methodologies and perform data analysis to identify improvement opportunities.
• Identify solutions to complex problems and champion continuous‑improvement practices.
