Our Stinger/NGSRI Program Quality Engineer (PQE) in Land and Air Defense Systems (LADS), will support U.S. and foreign programs within the Stinger portfolio at our Tucson, AZ location. As the primary quality interface for the product Integrated Product Team (IPT), you'll ensure the program meets all Quality & Mission Assurance requirements. This includes coordinating with functional Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and overseeing scope of work through all integrated product development phases, from design to production and sustainment. You'll develop and monitor quality metrics to drive proactive continuous improvement initiatives, working closely with integrated teams to enforce process rigor. In the program quality role, you will support contract start-up activities, production and sell-off. You will primarily engage our factories and suppliers, implement quality processes to reduce overall product lifecycle cost and risk. This is an on-site position in Tucson, AZ.
