Job Description The PM develops project plans, estimates, and other materials relevant to the oversight and execution of the program objectives and constraints. The PM monitors team delivery activities and financial performance and engages with customers / stakeholders to report on progress, issues, risks and mitigations.

Requirements

  • Experience managing large multi-task contracts of this scope and complexity
  • Experience working with multiple specialties in a “one-team” environment
  • Experience across a variety of technical and/or consulting disciplines
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities through prior experience working with senior management to find solutions for customers and leading teams
  • Working knowledge of project management concepts and principles
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance

Nice To Haves

  • Program Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification
  • Experience managing complex projects with stakeholders and collaborators across the Intelligence Community
  • Knowledge of funding mechanisms and the IC budget cycle
  • Knowledge of data and software architecture and principles
  • Experience with advanced analytical methodologies
  • Experience with process analysis and improvement
