As a Program/Project Manager in the Unit Economics Lead team, you will drive strategic plans into impactful programs across business units. Unit Economics empowers Operations teams with transparency and granular data for decision making. This role involves planning and execution, collaborating with global stakeholders, and working across functional areas to deliver program objectives. You’ll leverage your expertise in project management, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful outcomes.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to lead and manage complex programs or projects, delivering results across various business units, typically demonstrated through 7+ years of relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in data analytics, with the ability to interpret models, make inferences from data, and provide continuous insight for program execution.
  • Demonstrated experience working with AI to innovate, design solutions, and produce actionable insights.
  • Proficient in strategic thinking, using data to understand issues and opportunities, evaluate scenarios, and collaborate on strategy and priority development.
  • Strong communication skills, with confidence engaging senior leaders across different functions.
  • Proven experience in conflict management, identifying conflicts, facilitating discussions, and creating win-win solutions through collaboration or negotiation.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the transformation of strategic plans into high-impact programs and projects, utilizing expertise in project management, strategic thinking, and data analytics to deliver results across various business units.
  • Oversee program execution, ensuring alignment with business strategy, effective risk mitigation, and timely delivery of commitments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Finance, Operations, Technology, and Product—to design solutions, drive adoption, and deliver impactful initiatives for the Unit Economics program.
  • Engage with Operations stakeholders globally to conduct demos, market program benefits, and drive ongoing adoption.
  • Analyze underlying program data to identify key messages and actionable insights, supporting informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Build, lead, and manage diverse teams, fostering an environment of continuous learning and growth, and effectively delegating tasks to achieve objectives efficiently.
  • Monitor and communicate project status, outcomes, and OKRs to senior leadership, providing regular updates and collaborating to resolve any arising issues.
