Gap Inc. is seeking a driven and forward-thinking leader to join the Total Rewards team as Program/Project Manager, Operations. In this role, you’ll lead high-impact projects that enhance our compensation, benefits, recognition, and wellness programs — advancing our mission to be a high-performing house of iconic American brands that shape culture. As a key contributor, you’ll manage cross-functional initiatives from concept to launch, overseeing timelines, resources, and communications to ensure seamless execution. Partnering closely with the Head of Total Rewards and Leaders, you’ll streamline decision-making, shape project scope, and align deliverables with enterprise priorities.
