As a Program/Project Manager within Global Equities Operations Transformation, you will be a key driver in transforming strategic plans into tangible programs and projects, delivering impactful results across various operational teams. You will leverage your deep knowledge and expertise in operations project management, to navigate complex issues, make informed decisions, and ensure the successful execution of programs. Your role will involve significant cross-functional collaboration, data analysis, and conflict management to align operations initiatives with business strategy. Your ability to think strategically, adapt to change, and deliver excellent customer service will be crucial in this role. While strong project and project management capabilities are important, success in this role also requires deep product and operational knowledge. You will bring hands-on experience within Global Equities operations, enabling them to understand underlying products, workflows, risks, and dependencies, and to translate strategic objectives into practical, executable solutions that drive meaningful operational change.

Requirements

Proven ability to lead and manage complex programs or projects, delivering results across various business units, typically demonstrated through 7+ years of relevant experience.
Demonstrated proficiency in data analytics, with the ability to interpret models, make inferences from data, and provide continuous insight for program execution.
Proven experience in conflict management, with the ability to identify conflicts, facilitate discussions, and create win-win solutions using collaboration or negotiation strategies.
Advanced computer literacy, with the ability to effectively use technology to perform tasks, solve problems, and communicate in a professional setting.
Proficiency in strategic thinking, with the ability to use data to understand issues and opportunities, evaluate potential scenarios, and collaborate on strategy and priority development.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and articulate complex concepts clearly.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring high-quality deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated commitment to personal and professional development, with a track record of pursuing learning opportunities and certifications.
Prior involvement in change management initiatives, driving successful adoption of new processes or technologies.

Nice To Haves

Experience in Prime Broker and/or Futures & Derivatives Clearing, ideally in Margins.
