About The Position

Acara Solutions is seeking a Program Project Manager to support our client, a global leader in the semiconductor industry, located in Livermore, CA. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced project manager with strong technical knowledge of PLM systems to lead key cross-functional initiatives. Contract Role pays $71.50-$85.70 p/hr. with a Hybrid Work Schedule.

Requirements

• Proven project management experience in high-tech or wafer equipment industries (10-15+ years)
• Strong technical expertise in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), particularly Enovia and Technia TVC overlay
• Experience with JIRA, SAP, and reporting/analytics tools (preferably Qlik, Kinaxis)
• Deep understanding of Engineering Change Management, BOM structures, and product configuration
• Strong communication skills-able to interface with technical teams and executive stakeholders alike
• Skilled in managing cross-functional teams (8-10+ people) in a matrixed environment

Nice To Haves

• BA/BS in a technical field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of functional management experience
• Hands-on experience with data migration and system integration
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP or similar) and PLM-related integrations

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of PLM program managers focused on improving and maintaining the Enovia PLM system
• Oversee key activities such as data migration and mapping, system bug resolution and enhancements, and major system upgrades
• Align with cross-functional stakeholders to prioritize and deliver on PLM development goals
• Act as Program Manager/Business Systems Analyst for projects impacting PLM
• Partner with IT (GIS) and third-party vendors to ensure system uptime and performance
• Drive full-cycle PLM-related projects: requirements gathering, process alignment, development, testing, deployment
