We are seeking a Program/Project Management Specialist - Senior as part of a bid process associated with a Statement of Work. Position Responsibilities: Provide support to the Portfolio Director (PD) / Program Manager (PM) and the Branch Managers (BM) in communication, financial management, program documentation, project management, scheduling, test and evaluation strategic planning, and process improvement. Support internal and external reporting and oversight requirements. Work with Division leadership in messaging communications to APM-level inquiries regarding capability enhancements and reducing time to field new capabilities. Facilitate effective decision-making and drive stakeholder alignment regarding capability enhancements and strategic initiatives. Coordinate inputs to, and prepare a consolidated weekly status report. Prepare Program Management Review (PMR) presentations. Coordinate data integration and preparations of PMR presentations. Capture meeting minutes and distribute action items. Advise on and drive the preparation of documents in support of Acquisition Decisions Events. Facilitate the collaboration with APM personnel to prepare project schedules needed for ADEs. Conduct special studies and analysis: prepare presentations, white papers, and process/decision memos for internal management. Facilitate Risk Review Boards and solicit risk and issue updates from risk owners. Update program/ project issues, risks, and mitigation strategies in the Risk Register. Facilitate, and distribute action items for Division Staff Meetings. Assist with managing and monitoring projects as they interface with the external organizations and airport sites on cost, schedule, and performance requirements. Collaborate with APM and DHS staff to ascertain project statuses. Provide written and verbal updates to thePD/PM and BM on medium-level and high-level risks. Monitor and collaborate with APM staff to ensure project schedules are updated in databases, including APM-IS (Integrated Schedule) and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS). Conduct collaboration meetings with thePD/PM and BM. Advise on and prepare agendas, action items, and decision memos for the EBSP Integrated Process Team. Assist in tracking all technology project Test and Evaluation (T&E) efforts. Develop and maintain the EBSP Strategic Capability Roadmap to outline major program initiatives and priorities.
