About The Position

Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Program & Project Management Manager in Morristown, NJ. The job duties include supporting the program/project from scoping and gathering requirements through deployment for an end-to-end project or specific area of a project for Accenture or clients. Responsibilities also include developing technical specifications and related documentation, analyzing functional and technical business requirements, creating program sources, conducting unit/integration testing, identifying and implementing monitoring solutions, creating reports for service level adherence, providing production support, and coordinating work between different teams at different locations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the IT consulting industry.
  • 5 years of experience overseeing end-to-end implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud application.
  • 5 years of experience developing reports utilizing BIP, OTBI, and HCM extracts.
  • 5 years of experience performing Data Integration utilizing HCM Data Loader and Oracle Cloud Integration.
  • 5 years of experience developing applications utilizing Agile and DevOps methodology.
  • 5 years of experience leading a team to translate business and functional requirements into technical designs.
  • 5 years of experience developing automated monitoring solutions.
  • 5 years of experience managing projects, creating project plans and estimates, handling project risks and issues, and providing project status.
  • 5 years of experience overseeing project teams and coordinating activities across multiple regions.
  • 2 years of experience customizing applications utilizing Page Composer, Transaction Design Studio, HCM security, Fast Formulas, and Flex Fields.
  • 2 years of experience customizing alerts to reflect specific KPIs based on business needs.
  • Willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time.

Responsibilities

  • Support the program/project from scoping and gathering requirements through deployment.
  • Develop technical specifications and related documentation.
  • Analyze functional and technical business requirements.
  • Create program sources and conduct unit/integration testing.
  • Identify and implement monitoring and enabling solutions.
  • Create and present reports for service level adherence and operational metrics.
  • Provide production support and resolve incidents.
