About The Position

Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Program & Project Management Manager in Irving, TX, and the job duties are as follows: Support the program/project from scoping and gathering requirements through deployment for an end-to-end project or specific area of a project for Accenture or clients. Develop technical specifications and related documentation. Create program sources and conduct unit/integration testing to deliver final technology product to the testing environment. Analyze functional and technical business requirements and verify that the requirements are aligned with business needs and objectives. Identify and implement monitoring and enabling solutions to ensure high availability and performance of the applications and environment. Coordinate work between different teams at different locations. Create and present report for service level adherence and other operational metrics to stakeholders. Adhere to strategic direction set by senior management.

Requirements

  • Must have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, or related field, plus 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the IT industry.
  • Must have 5 years of experience in each of the following: Developing applications using Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe; Leading a team in translating business and functional requirements into technical designs; Utilizing DevOps and Agile methodology; Utilizing GitHub and Jenkins; Utilizing Java and Spring Boot; Utilizing Spring, Spring MVC, and Hibernate; and Utilizing Webservices, JavaScript, Maven, or Gradle.
  • Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.
