Define project scope and monitor execution of deliverables. Communicate across multiple stakeholders to manage expectations, issues and outcomes.

Requirements

• 10 years of professional experience with 2 years in program management
• Experience with business development & capture
• Bachelors degree
• Security Clearance: Active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance

Responsibilities

• Manage the technical, schedule, and cost performance of one or more programs.
• Direct the practice of monitoring and controlling of project performance, to include metrics reporting, trends analysis, policy and scientific analysis, and project reporting to Government customers, AFS leadership, and project/portfolio stakeholders
• Oversee and coordinate timely and accurate deliverable submissions to the Government customer
• Manage program staffing requirements, including recruiting, hiring, training, retention, assignments, and ensuring labor qualification and security clearance requirements are met
• Ability to work in a matrixed team environment and support multiple different efforts as needed
• Provide support to technical proposals and growth opportunities for this program
• Demonstrated initiative, sound judgment, effective decision-making, leadership, strong work ethic, teamwork, and excellent writing and oral communication skills
• Plan and coordinate program management process activities including preparation of briefings and presentation.
