Key Responsibilities: As a Program Project Management Lead, you will be responsible for managing the overall delivery of a program or project to achieve business outcomes. You will define project scope and monitor the execution of deliverables while communicating across multiple stakeholders to manage expectations, issues, and outcomes. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively. You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions while providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages team input and innovation. Develop and implement strategies to streamline project processes and enhance efficiency. Utilize data-driven insights to inform project decisions and improve outcomes. Mentor team members to build their skills and enhance overall team performance. Continuously assess project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of Server Platform Migration is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of Program Project Management experience.
- High School Diploma / GED
Nice To Haves
- Bachelors or Associates degree.
- Master proficiency in Estimation and Planning, Project Management Body of Knowledge PMBOK , Risk Management, and Scope Management.
