About The Position

The Assoc. Manager, Move/Sell will support the subprocess team for Transportation/Logistics. This role will be critical in the development and delivery of various processes and systems for the PQGC Wave 2 Project. The role is expected to review and analyze transportation data to assist with the project work to enable common transportation processes, data, reporting and analytics and support the delivery of S/4 HANA solution across PQGC. This role will work closely across the organization with the larger PQGC PGT project team, baseline business teams, IT organization, and with the various external partners on the project. Percent Travel : 70-75% during deployment

Responsibilities

• Responsible for successfully and sustainably implementing the new harmonized process, data, analytics and controls within the subprocess area of transportation and logistics.
• Provide expert knowledge and experience to project activities within the procurement process areas
• Be the link between baseline business leaders, IT development team and any third-party regarding software functionality, throughout the project
• Execute "agile" sprints to introduce and actively participate in the demo for harmonized processes, taking the outputs through to resolution
• Escalate appropriate decision-making requirements to Project Leadership
• Support super user activity including UAT (user acceptance testing)
• Support adoption and change management, as well as develop and deliver end-user training
• Provide deployment support
• Provide post-go-live support

Benefits

• The expected compensation range for this position is between $89,000 - $149,000.

• Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 10% of annual salary paid out annually.
