Looking for cleared program support professionals with backgrounds in the following areas: Financial management - Creating and maintaining budgets and forecasts, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with regulations Program planning - Developing and implementing program baselines, reviewing customer contracts, and creating schedule Resource management - Determining resource needs, identifying resource trade-offs, and recommending resource solutions Risk management - Reviewing and monitoring program risks, such as cost overruns and scheduling delays Stakeholder communication - Interfacing with internal and external stakeholders to communicate project financial status Proposal support - Developing and analyzing cost inputs, pricing proposal inputs, and creating compliant proposal submittals Other responsibilities may include: Supporting staffing planning Tracking, managing, and controlling program costs and labor hours. Preparing ad hoc analyses Ensuring invoices are accurate and submitted on time Completing project setup actions in the accounting system Developing and updating financial forecast and estimates at completion Working with the contracts department for funding, billings, and other contractual items

Requirements

  • Entry-level: Bachelor's degree in a Technical or Business-related discipline and 0-4 years of experience (Additional experience may be considered in lieu of degree)
  • Mid-level: Bachelor's degree in a Technical or Business-related discipline and 4-12 years of experience (Additional experience may be considered in lieu of degree)
  • Senior level: Bachelor's degree in a Technical or Business-related discipline and 12+ years of experience (Additional experience may be considered in lieu of degree)
  • Experience working with DoD or related government contracts highly preferred
  • Demonstrated knowledge of customer budgetary principles and procedures
  • Clearance : TS/SCI with appropriate level poly required
