Torch Technologies, is currently seeking to fill a Program Planning & Control Analyst I position to support our Program Control Department. The successful candidate must be detail oriented, highly organized and self-starting. Should possess knowledge and capabilities to perform tasks related to budgeting, planning, tracking and cost/financial analysis. Should have a basic understanding of the Subcontractor process from RFQ to de-obligation of funds. Experience in the development of solutions regarding issues that arise on all Contract Types (CPFF, FFP, T&M, etc). Must be able to manage multiple tasks and program managers with competing priority levels. As a Program Planning & Control Analyst I your duties will include the following, but are not limited to: Under direct supervision will participate in the planning, tracking, analysis and reporting of projects. Participate in the development of budgets that lead to the establishment of a cost/schedule baselines. Track project costs and commitments, schedule performance, and monitors performance against the baseline. Review and approve purchase orders & invoices for Subcontractors & Consultants. Responsible for customer financial CDRL development and delivery. Assists in developing plans including budgets and schedules to meet contractual/project requirements for an assigned portion of a program. Assists senior personnel in establishing and defining program requirements. Monitors progress of program requirements.
