The Program Planner and Integrator will support Lockheed Martin's Aeronautics Air Mobility and Maritime Missions (AMMM) programs, including C-130J, LM-100J, C5 Galaxy, and P-3 Orion. This role involves developing and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for various programs, ensuring timely completion of tasks, and adapting to changes in project scope. The successful candidate will communicate effectively with stakeholders, resolve scheduling conflicts, and implement efficiency improvements in processes.

  • Develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for AMMM programs.
  • Facilitate support for tasks from initial phase to completion.
  • Modify Master Schedule in response to program challenges or changes.
  • Follow up on unresolved issues in a timely manner.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and tailor messages for different audiences.
  • Resolve schedule conflicts while adhering to established processes.
  • Implement efficiency improvements in processes and procedures.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college.
  • Experience in integrated program planning/scheduling.
  • Experience in problem resolution.
  • Experience in writing project plans and coordinating with various levels within the program/company.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Direct Program Scheduling experience including Critical Path Methodology (CPM).
  • Knowledge of AMMM/C-130 Manufacturing/Fabrication and Engineering processes.
  • LEAN or Six Sigma training or certification.
  • Project or Program Management experience.
  • Earned Value Management (EVMS) experience.
  • Conflict resolution skills.
  • Proposal development experience.
  • Schedule Risk Assessment experience.
  • Integrated Master Plan experience.
  • Experience in leading/managing a team.
