About The Position
The Program Operations Specialist drives efficiency and impact within MidPen's Resident Services by leveraging data systems, fostering a culture of learning, and streamlining processes. This role supports the delivery of efficient, compliant, and outcome-driven programs that enhance resident well-being and align with organizational goals. The right candidate has a learning mindset, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and a track record of making sense of diverse sources of information. They can implement and manage high-quality data systems and apply systems thinking seeing beyond what exists today and imagining something better for tomorrow. Strong candidates for this role will excel in both a team and independent environment. This is a hybrid position, based on current MidPen policy of working Tuesdays and Thursdays in any of the offices - Union City, Foster City, Oakland Office. Monday, Wednesday and Friday, option to work from home or the office. When working from home, requires a reliable internet connection.
