About The Position

The General Affairs Specialist is responsible for the operational leadership of a wide range of administrative functions that support the organization’s daily operations. This includes overseeing facility management, employee services, vendor and contract oversight, corporate service programs, and cross-functional project execution. The role plays a vital part in maintaining a safe, efficient, and supportive workplace environment, while ensuring alignment with company policies, compliance standards, and broader organizational goals. HMGMA is the abbreviation of Hyundai Motor Group Metaplant America. It is Hyundai Motor Group's first dedicated EV mass-production plant and is an innovative plant with cutting-edge production technology applied.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management (PMP or others), or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Minimum 1~3 years of experience in General Affairs or Business administration.
  • Proven experience in managing cross-functional projects or infrastructure improvement initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of workplace safety, facility operations, and administrative processes.
  • Experience in contract negotiation and vendor management.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
