The College of Engineering and Applied Science (CEAS) at CU Boulder encourages applications for The Program Operations Specialist, Lattice Scholars Program position! This role is responsible for supporting the planning and implementation of the Lattice First Generation Scholarship program. This work includes providing proactive and responsive outreach and one-on-one support to Lattice scholars while also helping to plan and implement program initiatives for scholars' academic, personal, and professional well-being, success, and growth. This position works closely with and under the guidance of the Lattice Scholars Program Manager and the CEAS Enrollment Management and Scholarships & College Affordability Team. This role is a key contributor to the implementation, tracking, and improvement of scholar support activities and program initiatives that support the persistence, retention, and graduation of Lattice Scholars.
