About The Position
As a Program Operations Manager at ICF, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the execution of energy efficiency programs across multiple portfolios. This position is primarily remote, with a preference for candidates located in Southern California, although applicants from Oregon, Nevada, New Mexico, and Arizona are also welcome. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement a comprehensive strategy that enhances the coordination of analytics, reporting, research, and process efficiency among various large portfolios. You will leverage regional staff to manage fluctuating workloads and establish best practices for programmatic functions, including project reviews, performance tracking, and client deliverables. In this role, you will work closely with the Director of Operations & Finance, the West Region Lead, and local implementation teams to ensure that energy efficiency initiatives are effectively delivered to all customers, particularly underserved communities. Your efforts will contribute to providing safer, more energy-efficient homes and ensuring grid stability. You will direct the quality and performance of your team, ensuring that program-level deliverables are met and that all activities related to quality program delivery are executed efficiently. You will also be responsible for generating accurate and polished deliverables for regulatory filings and reports, maintaining shared resources, and tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Your ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders at all levels will be crucial in presenting performance metrics and ensuring that programs are performing as expected. This position requires a strong background in energy efficiency or demand response programs, as well as experience managing complex cross-functional teams to achieve high production levels and meet tight deadlines.
