The Design Engineering North America (NA) comprises of a skilled team of Design Managers, Program Managers, and guides in Engineering and Architecture. Our collective expertise is harnessed to create customized adaptations of the forefront Vantage Data Center prototype that perfectly cater to the unique requirements of our customers. Throughout this process, close collaboration takes place with Sales, Operations, and management teams. The Design Engineering team also maintains a close partnership with the Construction team, working together to craft a seamlessly integrated design that ensures the efficient execution of new and existing standards and designs. The Design Engineering team guides the development and operation of best-in-class data centers for hyperscale customers by providing business-minding Design and Engineering expertise.

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that communicate portfolio health, design milestones, project status, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Support regular reporting cadences (monthly, quarterly) with actionable insights and clear visualizations
  • Track design phase progress across the portfolio and flag risks or misalignments
  • Develop and track KPIs for the Design Management team to show project impact
  • Establish and manage operational cadences (e.g., design reviews, governance meetings, cross-functional syncs)
  • Maintain shared team artifacts such as roadmaps, decision logs, issue trackers, and process documentation
  • Drive continuous improvement efforts by identifying process gaps and inefficiencies
  • Support the selection, implementation, and maintenance of tools and templates that help manage the design lifecycle
  • Partner with IT or tools teams/PMO to ensure data is accessible, accurate, and usable
  • Help define and document best practices, roles & responsibilities, and workflows for design management processes
  • Support alignment of design processes with related functions in construction, commissioning, and operations
  • Ensure consistent documentation and communication practices across the project lifecycle
  • Handle additional duties as assigned by Management.
  • 3–5 years of experience in program operations, project coordination, business analytics, or PMO support—ideally within real estate development, design, or construction
  • Familiarity with the end-to-end real estate lifecycle (design, construction, operations); does not need to be a subject matter expert
  • Strong skills in data analysis, reporting, and visualization (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau, smartsheet)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for simplifying complex information
  • Experience working with cross-functional technical teams (engineering, design, construction, etc.)
