About The Position
The Strategic Communications Director for the Prosper Africa initiative at USAID leads the strategic communications efforts for a multi-agency initiative aimed at enhancing trade and investment between the United States and Africa. This role involves coordinating communications across 17 participating departments and agencies, implementing the communications strategy, and advising senior officials on engagement opportunities. The Director will also manage communications staff, oversee the production of various communications materials, and represent the initiative to the public and Congress.
