The In-N-Out Burger Community Engagement Team has an excellent opportunity for a Program Officer II in the Slave 2 Nothing Foundation, out of our Irvine, CA office. This position will report to the Foundation Supervisor and will support In-N-Out Burger's Slave 2 Nothing Foundation. The Program Officer II is responsible for supporting strategic grant-making and community engagement by assessing grantees, creating advocacy programs, and managing fund allocation to enhance the Foundation's impact and visibility. The Slave 2 Nothing Foundation was established to educate and support nonprofits working to eliminate human trafficking, as well as focus on those fighting substance abuse. This position is full-time, in-office only.
