About the Unaccompanied Childrens Shelter The Unaccompanied Childrens Shelter is home to adolescent girls and boys through the Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR). This program provides a safe setting for children during their first days in America until a permanent setting can be established for them. POSITION SUMMARY: The Program Nurses primary responsibility is to assure the provision of quality health services for Maryville youth according to the standards and guidelines of the Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR). The employees primary duty is work that requires advanced knowledge in the field of nursing. Position requires the consistent exercise of discretion and judgment.
