The Program Nurse Manager will provide statewide clinical leadership, support, training, and oversight for a network of over 90 healthcare organizations in over 70 counties. This role will ensure the consistent implementation of evidence-based clinical protocols and order sets while supporting quality improvement initiatives, data-driven decision-making, and the adoption of best practices. The Program Nurse Manager will serve as the primary clinical resource for participating organizations, offering consultation, training, and performance feedback to improve patient outcomes and care delivery. Additionally, the Program Nurse Manager will ensure consistency, accuracy, and clinical integrity of all program-related materials and processes. The Nurse Manager's primary responsibility will be to lead, plan, execute, and evaluate the OB simulation training that advances maternal and neonatal safety, interdisciplinary team performance, and regulatory readiness. The Nurse Manager will work closely with subject matter experts, nurse managers, emergency departments, and emergency management teams.
