About The Position

This position is responsible for properly monitoring the performance of specific contracted vendors on a regular basis to ensure current funding and organizational programmatic compliance is being met and that overall progress is trending in the right direction and processing supportive services documentation.

Requirements

  • Associates degree from an accredited college or university in Business Analytics (preferred)
  • 1-2 years’ experience in monitoring, auditing and/or quality assurance experience
  • Ability to learn and grasp WIOA and TANF regulations
  • Highly analytical with a willingness to deal with tedious, repetitive work
  • Strong attention to detail and a drive for accuracy
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Word and Excel
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and manage relationships with vendors
  • Ability to travel to various locations throughout the city

Responsibilities

  • Monitor contractor programmatic performance and create reports of findings
  • Conduct quarterly large audits (10% - 15% of files per center) to ensure quality meeting notes and compliance requirements are met
  • Analyze data for trends and training needs, and generate finalized findings report for management
  • Perform monthly strategic spot checks based on quarterly audits
  • Conduct annual WIOA compliance monitoring
  • Review CWDS data trends for WIOA and TANF programming
  • Make recommendations based on summarized findings of regular monitoring
  • Assist with maintenance of shared data tracking tools for active project summaries and reporting
  • Participate in the development and periodic update of programmatic monitoring tools
  • Validate data of key performance benchmarks and measurable skills gained for active projects
  • Process incentives and support services reimbursements for project participants
  • Assist with project monitoring of goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with Program Representative and Research & Data team for consistent communication
  • Monitor CWDS and other data systems for trends and gaps
  • Work closely with Program Representative staff to develop training and tools for compliance-related deficiencies
  • Conduct regular visits to Contractor Sites for programmatic monitoring
  • Review EARN Incentive and WIOA Supportive Services documentation for accuracy
  • Communicate with vendors regarding discrepancies and additional information needed
  • Provide feedback, technical assistance, and staff training related to EARN Incentives and WIOA Supportive Services
  • Prepare final invoice and summary of findings for finance team
  • Attend project specific meetings and trainings as required
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned
