Lockheed Martin is seeking an experienced professional to be the lead Subcontract Program Manager for the Future Long-Range Assault Aircraft (FLRAA) related programs. In this leadership role you will help shape program strategies, drive efficient execution, and manage a high‑performing team of subcontract professionals. You will work side‑by-side with senior leaders within Program Management, Engineering, and other critical functional areas to help delivery exceptional results. Strategic Supply Chain Leadership – design and implement comprehensive subcontracting strategies that align with program objectives, schedule, and cost targets. Team Management & Development – lead a team of subcontract professionals, fostering a culture of high performance and professional development. Subcontract Negotiation & Administration – negotiate complex subcontracts, ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS, ITAR/EAR, and Lockheed Martin policies, and maximize program value. Risk Identification & Mitigation – proactively spot technical, schedule, cost, and compliance risks; develop and execute mitigation plans. Stakeholder Collaboration – build strong, collaborative relationships with internal partners (program management, engineering, finance) and external suppliers and government customers. Proposal Support – staff and support all program proposal related activities, ensuring supply chain best practices are embedded in SOW development, RFP creation, negotiation, and bid strategy.
