About The Position

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field required.
• 2 or more years of experience in related field required.
• Microsoft office applications, strong skills in project management software such as MS Project, SAP knowledge preferred.
• Experience in negotiations, communication, organization, and team building.

Nice To Haves

• PMP certification through Project Management Institute preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of new product development projects to meet stakeholder objectives at an accelerated pace
• Collaboratively work to clearly define the project scope; develop the project plan to include the budget, schedule, and resource needs.
• Drive timely completion of all project team tasks to include engineering design and testing, supply chain management, quality and manufacturing, customer care, marketing, etc.
• Create and maintain reports to monitor and control all project tasks while considering risk assessments, performance to targets, budgets and program schedule.
• Report out project status to executive leadership in a clear, concise manner to communicate progress toward expected targets.
• Use defined stage gate process to guide all project activities and milestone signoffs.
• Leverage program management best practices and continuously improve processes to achieve better planning, visibility, performance, and effectiveness.
