About The Position

With the ongoing expansion of our business, we are hiring a Director to support Multicloud space within the Data Center Infrastructure organization. The Director of Infrastructure Delivery – Multicloud, will lead a team of Technical Program Managers responsible for data center capacity builds to support the growth of Oracle Cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate can manage fast paced delivery while leveraging their proven leadership and program management capabilities. This is a high impact role that will lead a highly motivated team through the end-to-end lifecycle required to successfully deliver the next generation of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. Our team ensures the on time, on budget and on schedule delivery inclusive of facility tenant improvements, data hall construction, and data center fit out through general availability. We do all this in partnership with other Cloud Service Providers (CSPs) such as Microsoft, Google Cloud, and AWS to grow the Multicloud business. The ideal candidate demonstrates the ability to dive deep on infrastructure build issues, oversee construction management and manage delivery; they can also inspire and nurture a distributed team, demonstrate system level thinking and drive process improvements as well as support their team throughout the project lifecycle.
